My daughter got her nose pierced 3 months ago and was ready to change everything. I read a few reviews about how small they are but she is 18.4ft 9 inches and weighs 95lbs so she wasn't looking for anything big as she is so petite she liked the little ones. They are very cute and really freaking small lol. She lost one in her sleep and it was also L shaped. I've added photos, the bone on the left was her impaled bone and on the right is what you get. You are very thin. But again, very sweet and happy with the purchase!
