Review on 📐 US Stock - 24 Inch Manual Precision Rotary Paper Trimmer for Sharp Photo Paper Cutting and Trimming by Wendy Rodriguez

As I catalog old newspapers I needed a larger cutter for trimming pages, articles etc. This cutter was packaged reasonably well with extra blade, tools, parts (bolt, nut, hex bolt and washer ) and instructions. The cutter was assembled and ready to use. I also have 2 "things" that attach magnetically to the cutting board, but their purpose isn't described or even shown in the instructions. The cuts were accurate although I had a little trouble getting the paper under the clear guide. The 3 star rating comes from the fact that all the screws on the clear rail have been loosened almost to the point of coming out and one screw is missing. A replacement was provided but it is too big to fit. Although the instructions were very clear,
