I am disappointed in this set. It's cheap and nowhere near as good as other felt kids on the market (Woolpets, WoolBuddy, and Going Gnome all offer much higher quality kits). This set contains styrofoam shapes that you need to feel with a felting needle. While I've successfully wet felted around a foam shape before, needle felting into this cheap foam simply breaks the shape. A wool uniform would be much better then this set can be really useful. Needles are included but no felt pad. Overall, this kit causes more frustration than joy, which is why I recommend buying another kit. The included instructions are also minimal, poorly written and difficult for children to understand.
