Effective but slippery
Pros: Very firm grip but slides smoothly and definitely won't damage the case no matter how hard you twist it. Better price compared to known brand tools (but more pleasant). Cons: A little awkward to use, tends to stick to the filter housing like a suction cup and then fall off at inopportune times. The smooth, coated surface isn't easy to grab when you need to lift the case back into the corner under the pot and twist it into place by hand (it only took me a few minutes and 15 minutes next time). Difficult to clean (I don't like dirty oil on my tools).
