My Surface arrived on time and was brand new in sealed packaging. It has 4GB of RAM, which is surprising as I thought the 64GB models only had 2GB. A pleasant surprise. But generally, unless you absolutely need a PC, I'd go with an Android tablet or iPad instead. The thing looks like a tablet, but it isn't. As soon as I turned it on it said I had 153 updates pending and it took a full day to complete. It then said I couldn't get security updates until I updated to the latest version of Windows. This has been going on for 2 days, still not fully updated. And if you use your Surface while it's plugged in, the battery won't charge. You have to leave it alone, so maybe in 3 days I can finally use it. But doubtful as my last update is only 3% loaded.
