It's too light for my red hair so it almost looks like a bad dye job. I would advise anyone with red hair to match their tone with this shade as it goes really well with the shade. I feel like I need a light brown or blonde to fade to get the true color (my undertones are noticeable unless I'm in direct sunlight then it's almost a bright red. I have light ones Browns/light shades in my hair fun and fun) It really stays in place and is really easy to apply, I applied layer by layer as if coloring my roots to look more natural and it did the job perfectly done and didn't look like stroking my scalp like the results some people have had from it. So overall I would give it 3/5 stars for color matching and 5/5 for ease of use, longevity and easy rinsing.
