Review on Mandoline Adjustable Stainless Chopper Vegetable by Heidi Nelson

Updated: After a few months of using this product, this product has shown poor performance. If you don't use it often, that's fine, but with weekly use around my house, it's now been recycled. I received a discounted product for review. This product is beautiful and durable. The blades are easy to adjust and cut smoothly. The blades roll out to make thinner slices. After adjusting the main blade, this is a great way to save time and get clean cuts. I really liked the flip bar to keep it straight so I don't press on my hand while cutting.
