I really like this hat and that's why I ordered two - one initially for myself and then a second because my daughter wore mine and I wanted one for each of us. However, the 2nd hat has had an issue, the loop where the chin strap connects came undone on the first day of use. While the hat is still functional, the chin strap is important to me because I will wear the hat in windy weather, when chasing my kids, etc. Not sure if this was a one-off (the first hat strap is still good) but it's disappointing. I contacted the seller to see if they can send a replacement bind that I will sew (or a new hat) will update post.
