I always bring a sun hat when hiking or traveling, but had never been successful at finding one that wasn't dorky looking. This visor, with it's wide straw-look brim, is definitely more flattering than the usual travel hat you'd find at REI or a sporting goods store. It rolls into a tight tube and takes up little space in my daypack. I bought this hat to wear to the beach and never wore it. It was way too big for me. It met all requirements- great sun protection, conveniently rolls up and fits into a beach bag. I’m petite (5’2, 112) and didn’t consider this hat might be too big. Not really a "one size fits all” beach hat. But it’s darling and so cute. Just didn’t fit the way I expected it to.

I wear this once or twice a week, but the velcro is already coming off. So I try not to adjust it. It's a good hat otherwise. Thanks for attention.

Very happy with this visor. I wanted a visor so my head wouldn’t get so hot and sweat under a hat in the hot California sun, but I wanted the protection of a sun hat. This is great! It’s adjustable, fits my head well. My head doesn’t get hot wearing it. It’s easy to re-shape if it bends. It provides a decent amount of shade for my face and chest. Love that I can wear my hair up in the heat but even in the smallest setting it’s a little big for me, also don’t love that picture my hair gets stuck in the velcro

Good hat/visor. Rolls up into itself for storage or travel. I think that the velcro could have been a touch stronger for repeated use but it certainly worked and the string was helpful to have that goes around your neck for flyaways at the beach

I really like this hat and that's why I ordered two - one initially for myself and then a second because my daughter wore mine and I wanted one for each of us. However, the 2nd hat has had an issue, the loop where the chin strap connects came undone on the first day of use. Love this hat! It’s perfect for gardening or watching the kids at the pool. 9 times out of 10 I am rocking a messy bun so I needed a hat with an opening for that. I love that it rolls up and has an elastic to keep it bundled for carrying in your bag or stored out of the way. It dries pretty quick too. I’ve used it so much the Velcro is coming off, but I can sew a few stitches or some glue to reinforce it. Totally worth the purchase this summer!

I started a return on this hat when I got it but changed my mind. I decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it. I use it almost every day. I bought a much more expensive hat as well but use this one more.

I have big hair and often wear a giant bun on top of my head. This hat is perfect because it has the whole on top. Not only that it’s super sturdy, and hardly bends with the wind. I love that not only does it do what it does, when I am done using it, I fold it up and store it away, or stick it in my purse, hang in my gardening closet! I don't have to fuss about it getting crushed or where it will go! love it!

I have a big head plus dreadlocks. (My motorcycle helmet is a XXL!) This hat fits! I can put my hair in a bun or pony above the band and the hat closes enough for the Velcro to stay stuck. This hat is a skin and eye saver! I like this particular brand because it includes a removable strap (for wind) and there is NO BOW in the back. I’m not into bows. I’m back here to buy in more colors. My only wish is that the brim would cover the back of my neck. It gets hot back there!
