This program is very user friendly with simple commands that are easy to learn by anyone! It's also great because it has several different types of accounting programs which allows me to use what works best for each situation I'm in. They have an excellent customer service team as well who helps you out whenever needed if they aren't able to help immediately through their support site or email system. The only thing about this product is that there isn't much room for customization when creating forms/reports etc.. so be careful how many options your form needs before choosing another option instead of adding more fields later down the road (like we've had to do). We were looking into new ways to keep track of our accounts receivable & payable without using multiple spreadsheets but weren't finding anything really good until we found this solution from EBSCO.
