Soap is normal, no container.

Packaging: The vial itself is not sealed but is in a sealed plastic bag. The soap ran both in and out of the bag, only about half of the soap stayed in the bottle. Soap: The soap itself is fine. The scent doesn't bother me at all. Bottle: As other reviewers have pointed out, there is an issue with the spring. It often gets stuck and has to be manually forced into the pumping position. When he works, he often throws the soap out rather than gently into his hand.
