PhonoloGy Technology Helps Our Contact Center Improve Service Delivery

The product is very intuitive, easy to use for both customers & staff alike as well has fantastic customer support that responds quickly when needed! There are a few minor issues but nothing too major - just something I wish was different or could be improved upon here n there :) My biggest issue at this point of time is really not having much choice other than what package they offer me (which isn't great). If you're looking into an all-inclusive solution where you can have several packages available then check out phonology & see how it stacks up against their competitors products/pricing structure. We've been able fix our call recording needs using PHONOLOGIES intelligent assistant platform without any problems whatsoever so far!!
