Poorly made and cheaply made tool. The switch is broken and only works 1 time out of 5, and even then it only works for 2-3 seconds. Sometimes the switch works if you shake everything, but only a few times. Either the battery contact is bad or the switch itself is of poor quality. The rest of the tool is of similar poor/cheap quality (poor plastic moldings, faint and uneven BeadSmith logo, loose connections in the battery compartment, uneven molding where the bit is placed). inserted). Even for plastic, let alone metal or ceramics, the motor does not have enough power and keeps stopping. Came back and got a much, much better WEN engraver.
