My son built his first computer and is very proud of it. Unfortunately the front entrances didn't work. I checked the cables again and found that the connection on the front I/O ports was not soldered properly. I asked the seller to replace the part but the seller asked us to disassemble the pc and send the whole case back or deal directly with the manufacturer. The manufacturer did not respond to calls or emails. shut down the pc and send it back.
