The ability to customize the GPT platform to fit our needs and not be locked into a single implementation. The platform is easy to use and implement. There is a lot of documentation and the support team is very helpful. I would like to see better reporting in the GPT interface. I would also like to see the ability to export the data into other systems. I have been able to implement the GPT platform and customize it to fit our needs. There is no need to implement a new system to get the functionality we need. The tool is easy to use, it gives us the ability to manage our employees in an efficient way, it's very useful for the management of our employees' time offs. It has a lot of features that are not necessary but can be used if you need them. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes we have problems with the access to the system. That is why I prefer using a more user-friendly platform like Zoom or Slack. We solved all our problems regarding the time-off system.
