I ordered this coffee maker a few weeks ago because of the size and stylish look, not knowing it was the new company name of an old coffee maker I already had. during the year, which was not satisfactory. I contacted the new company and expressed my disappointment that the new company had the same internals as the old one. This new company was very nice to me and told me they have a two year warranty which I can always access if I have a problem. So far, I am very satisfied. My advice: cleanse with vinegar and water every few weeks if your water has minerals in it.
