Review on IPEVO IW2 Wireless Interactive Whiteboard System: Home Teaching & Gaming with Short Pen (Model: 5-876-1-01-00) by Tim Evans

I don't normally write reviews but after my recent experience with customer service I felt compelled to do so. I bought this product in the summer of 2018 to use with my students. One of them dropped the handle and broke it. I went to the IPEVO website to purchase a replacement pen and found that the model was not listed. I called customer service to find out they no longer make replacement grips for this model. Buyer Warning! If you want to use this product with children and the handle breaks (it's quite fragile), you'll have to buy another set. They will not replace or repair the handle even if it is still under warranty. Fresh news from IPEVO: Kids break everything! If you still sell this model on your website or elsewhere, you must offer spare parts. Such a divorce!
