EXCELLENT DEVICE. WORKS PERFECTLY. GREAT CLARITY AND VOLUME. This device would have been nice with a speakerphone, but at this very, very fair price point it could come at a higher cost and/or need for AC power or batteries. This device runs entirely off the phone line, draws all of its required power from the phone line, and illuminates the caller ID fully brightly. So a hands-free phone might cost more and require additional power, not sure. But this device is NOT a hands-free phone and it works fantastic for its use. NICE BIG KEYS, everything is clearly visible. Good. I'm also a bit hard of hearing, fairly, but was very disturbed, and yet the volume is excellent and crystal clear. 5 STARS.
