Took almost nine weeks. Then they literally fell apart. Please see photo.
I bought this cup holder in early June 2019. Today is August 20, 2019. The base is perfectly connected to the cup holder. The top part was wavy at first, but not that bad. It got worse over time. I just put my phone in the holder this afternoon and literally the top and my phone (iPhone X) just tipped over and fell out. The base was still securely in the cup holder and in fact nine weeks later there is no way to return or exchange this item. If the seller reads this review I'm open to an exchange as I like the mount.
