The best feature for me personally as an instructor, is that I am able to send student information via email or text so my class roster always stays up to date! It’s also very easy to use once you get it set up right. Customer service has been fantastic throughout this process, they have helped us every step of the way to ensure we are doing everything correctly. We were experiencing issues adding new members due to some changes made by their system but customer support was extremely helpful with resolving those issues quickly. Make sure that all classes and events are listed properly in the database prior to using. This allows for seamless communication between instructors/directors without having to manually add each event. If anyone asks about class times make sure to let them know how many people attend at least monthly and what time slots work best for your schedule.
