Problems with IBERG's Quality Assurance

As a manager of a product line, I found IBERG's quality assurance to be wanting. Their website was simple to navigate, and their customer care personnel was quick to respond, but the things I ordered were subpar. Some were flawed before arrival, and others failed after only a few usage. This fluctuating quality is troubling and unflattering to the brand as a whole. Until they fix their quality control issues, I will not be able to endorse IBERG as a trustworthy source for home and kitchen goods.
