No printing instructions were included with the product. I tried using the sublimation process on both sides of the canvas. (It also doesn't specify which side to print on.) The results on both sides were the same on both sides, very faded and I couldn't be proud of it or give it away or sell it. I don't have an inkjet printer right now, so I can't verify that. I tried running it through my color laser printer, but it wouldn't feed from either the bottom tray or the manual feeder. However, I tried "silk screen" heat transfer on the canvas and it worked fine. I just didn't buy this product for that purpose.
