Used this a few times from hunting camp this fall. Although the water pressure is good, the water only heats up to lukewarm water and is quite uncomfortable when showering, especially in cold weather. I ended up adding a return line from the shower head line using flexible hoses and ball valves. The water is circulated until warm enough, which takes less than 30 seconds, and then diverted to the showerhead. Another option is to heat the water with a camping stove. Is this the ideal solution? No, but it works, and this unit costs about $200 less than the top-of-the-line base camp I've owned before and broke down after a year and a half due to the internal rechargeable batteries not recharging. I like D batteries because they are always interchangeable, while in the field it's not always possible to charge devices with rechargeable batteries.
