Review on Sigma 30Mm F1 4 Art Lens by Jennifer Hartley

This lens is very well made, heavy, comfortable and beautiful. The HSM focusing is fast and very quiet. Compared to the Pentax Limited lenses I own, this lens has better focusing ability. For the price, this lens is the best choice for me. I think it will be a good choice for daily wearing. The reason I give 4 stars is because of the purple noise. The purple noise in the center can be eliminated by setting the aperture to f/4 (low light) or f/6 (sunny day). Purple noise near the edge is difficult to eliminate, and green noise also appears. I use a Pentax K3ii camera. My conclusion is that this lens does a good job on subjects and portraits, but not on landscapes. Of course that's not possible, the lens can do everything. Overall I like this lens.
