Very nice fan. That's the softest thing I can say about it. First, the poor quality of the fan blades. 5 blades came, 3 of which were dented/scratched/dented. Emailed customer service in China and they sent new blades which arrived a week later. 2 new blades were also damaged. 5 out of 10 blades could be used if not looking carefully. The directions were terrible! The English translation of the directions was almost unusable. I had to rely on images. Customer service responded by sending a YouTube link showing the basic setup but NOT the exact unit ordered. The video does not show the assembly / connection of the remote control panel. Once installed, this lamp looks beautiful. 2 people are required for the installation. Works well at minimum speed. Uncontrolled jerking at high speed. The poor quality of the blades makes balancing difficult. I gave up and only use at low speed. The remote works well once you figure out how to set it up.
