I give this product 5 stars because it clearly does what it is supposed to do. The quality seems good too. Just received it, tested it and found that even the red pad is very abrasive. You can see what she did with my (apparently cheap) faucet in the picture. He removed the chrome and I didn't press too hard. When I bought the house there were many hard water stains on the faucet. You can see them in the background. The red pad removed stains, but not without scratches, and even removed the coating. I tested it on a small area of glass shower doors and with enough pressure it will scratch the glass as well. I only used water as a lubricant and no cleaner. Perhaps the dry minerals in the glass add to the abrasiveness. I later did a full glass door treatment and it removed a lot of stains. It works though, test it first as it's very easy to scratch things, even glass, if you apply too much pressure.
