The perfect solution for our business needs!

I love that they have an integrated solution for all of our needs, from social media management to lead generation via email drip campaigns! It's super simple - easy setup/management features as well (and not having multiple apps is amazing).
The team at InfusionSoft are always quick in answering questions if we're stuck during implementation phases too; nothing much but this has made working together so smooth :) We actually just started using them last month though their support was excellent before then!! They've helped us increase engagement by over 100% since implementing intelussolutions into one platform.

Pros

Great customer service when needed through phone or chat options available 24x7 ! Also really liked how you can use it both internally within your own organization AND externally where users do NOT need access credentials beyond basic login info such as username / password + security question answers which makes setting up new accounts even easier than ever without requiring any
