I bought it last week and use it every day. Mostly cooked for two so a good size for us. I've bought a similar one before, it was a bit smaller and $10 more expensive, with 250w low and 600w high. Lasted about a year as the coating was peeling off which is uncertain. I liked this one too, but this time I chose this new one because it required 200 watts on low heat. I like car camping, it rains at this time and it's better to be able to cook safely and warmly inside. I hooked it up to my 500watt Jackery on low heat, it ate up to 380-400 watts and the best part is that it cooks faster than the previous one which is what impressed me the most. Teriyaki chicken took about 10% to cook (10 minutes). I don't think you really need much heat. This low one is perfect for simple meals. Affordable, easy to clean, cooks quickly and saves energy. Ideal for a hostel, small family to cook or 2 meals a day. Best for car camping. Con - a little more than the competition. In the long run we'll see. I hope it lasts as long as you pay special attention.
