My recent purchase of a battery charger case from Alpatronix was marred by a less-than-stellar online shopping experience. I was sent a faulty item, and their customer service was inattentive and useless. First of all, the battery charger case I received was badly built and did not operate correctly. My phone's battery died after only a few hours of use, despite the fact that I charged the case overnight as directed. Alpatronix's customer support provided me with unsatisfactory responses and no viable options when I contacted them. Instead of replacing it or refunding my money, they said the problem was due to my phone. Not only that, but I had a hard time getting a response from the customer service team. It took several reminders before I finally got a reply. It's inexcusable to provide such bad assistance to customers, especially when dealing with a faulty product. As a whole, if you're in need of dependable phone accessories, I wouldn't suggest the Alpatronix web site. The quality of their goods is bad, and their support staff is unresponsive and unhelpful. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhere for a more suitable solution.
