The ability of having an integrated system with other applications, like Salesforce or Google Apps makes it easy when you are managing multiple clients from one place! It's not very intuitive at first but once we got used to how everything works together our team has been able to utilize this software more efficiently than any others in its class (including Microsoft). I would say there isn't anything really bad about rapid rollout as far as functionality goes - however if they could improve their customer service department then maybe people wouldn’t have so many problems getting support questions answered quickly? We use RAPID ROLLOUT primarily because of what benefits it provides us over traditional systems such as Windows 7 Kiosk which does almost nothing out-of box compared to RRK8/RRX 8+.
