I like how easy it was with rapid rollout, set up our system in minutes! We didn't have any problems at first but now we are having issues when trying add new printers or changing printer drivers so its hard getting help from their support team as they seem not very helpful (also slow response time). I like how easy it was set up, we had our first customer in under an hour! The support team has been very helpful as well with any questions or concerns i have about rapid rollout products/services they are quick at responding back when you reach out via email (which can be hard sometimes).
