The ability to customize our solution to meet our company's specific requirements. We have been able to build out a robust system with multiple features, including an internal web portal. There is not much to dislike about this product. It has done everything we've needed it to do. Their customer service team is very responsive and always willing to help when you need them. They have helped us identify some of the gaps in our current software system, which will allow us to make future enhancements without having to go through a major overhaul.
