Bought to fit in a new PC case. You may need to fix issues like custom resolution for the screen to work. I had to fiddle with the AMD driver/software (adrenaline version) and after selecting a display I found something under "Overrides" called "PreEmphasis" and it worked. It took all day to work, it was a bit annoying. There was some trouble finding the best place to view the display and also be able to read it, but when it's done it looks fantastic. I ended up laying it face up on the ceiling and placing it in the case on top of the power supply. So face up, not out. Yes, and Windows 10 offers resolution options from 1280x1024 to 800x600, after getting it working I was able to set it to 1280x1024 and run the wallpaper engine and viewing angle, the screen looks great. connected to additional hdmi from gpu card and usb 3.1 slot are equipped with these connectors. I'm not sure if USB 2.0 will work
