This lego set was not easy to put together as some of the directions were difficult to draw as the pieces fitted together so closely rather than scattered like they did. some kits. But in general it was well planned both in terms of assembly method and instructions. Unlike some vehicles built in other sets, the size of this Corvette is significant and it's awesome how Lego has scaled it to this size. I love the fact that the pistons move when the car is rolling. If only the trunk and hood were open. It took about six hours for everything - the work progressed slowly and accurately. The finished product was a pleasure to make - very satisfying as all the details were there and everything worked as intended.
