🏎️ Chevrolet Corvette Building Kit by LEGO Technic Review

My 13 year old got this for Christmas. Assembly took less than a day. He said the shrapnel hurt his fingers, but it was worth it in the end. He liked it so much that he wanted to buy more sets. I wish they were just more accessible. I see no point in paying that much for something that only sits on the shelf after he has assembled it. I know there are others that are more expensive but I would be willing to buy many more sets if they were a little cheaper.

This was a gift for my son. He has an extensive Lego collection but nothing in this series. His first problem was that all the parts were packed together, with no numbered packages. Considering that the model consists mainly of technical details, preparing for it is a difficult task. Four times he went back, and once he tore the whole piece apart to start over. In the end, however, it was just missing a dowel (we had a few spares in our stash) and the machine looked and felt pretty solid. I…

This lego set was not easy to put together as some of the directions were difficult to draw as the pieces fitted together so closely rather than scattered like they did. some kits. But in general it was well planned both in terms of assembly method and instructions. Unlike some vehicles built in other sets, the size of this Corvette is significant and it's awesome how Lego has scaled it to this size. I love the fact that the pistons move when the car is rolling. I'm not giving this one star because it's a lousy product. In fact I find the LEGO products to be of excellent quality, fantastic design and have given me many hours of enjoyment. I didn't even take the set out of the box. So what is he complaining about? Unfortunately, you will not be able to assemble the desired model using the instructions included with the kit.
