Review on 🔌 Rockville RWK4CU: Premium 4 AWG Gauge 100% Copper Complete Amp Installation Wire Kit OFC - Unmatched Quality and Performance by Francisco Russell

I am an audio installer and my biggest mistake was unpacking this kit in front of my customer. To put it mildly, there was nothing but disappointment and regret. This is an inferior product for the following reasons: First, the appearance of the package received was terrible. The box is very thin and does not provide adequate protection for the contents. The packaging did not contain bubble wrap or any type of inner insulation to protect the contents. This explains why one of my RCA pins got bent, which I'll discuss in more detail below. Dirty packing tape was strewn randomly around the box in odd places. Dirt and grime covered this thin cardboard. At this point I was already afraid to open the package. When I pulled out the contents, my fears were confirmed. I pulled out a bundle of wrapped wires. The RCA was the outermost layer and I immediately noticed that one of the gold contacts was slightly bent. Enough that it scratches the walls when I try to plug it in. In addition, there was no fuse holder in it! After reading the other negative reviews and looking at the photos, I also realized that I didn't get many accessories that should have been in a small transparent zip bag. I'm missing spacers, zippers, flat clamps, a large ring clamp and more. The only contents of my package were just the cables (power and ground wires, speaker wires, RCA connections, remote control cables) and the warranty and user manual. .If you are planning to buy this product, please take a moment to read other reviews. This saves you headaches and nightmares when trying to contact support for an issue I'm going through. I may update this review in the future if a solution is found, but I won't forget all the hurdles I had to jump over to fix a bug it had from the start.
