Item arrived with some moisture on the thermal paste. After airing and checking, no leaks. Would like to exchange to be on the safe side, but the item is always sold out. Consider having or upgrading PWM fans. DC fans will not work on Icue when using this item. Tilt the computer case during operation to remove air bubbles/noise.
