Doesn't seem like much really
Every night I sanitize my mouth as often as I can in hopes of 1) keeping my teeth as healthy as possible and 2) not waking up with a rough taste. I know a lot of people think tongue scratching should be a part of it. I clean my tongue, but I always think I should clean it too. I've tried these metal scrapers and I don't like the way I use them. These scrapers are definitely more comfortable to use than the metal ones, but I just don't see them doing anything other than cleaning my skin. Language. They don't hurt anything I guess.
