I bought this bottle three times! I love the design and the new accessories that come with it. My first lasted over a year and I broke it by accidentally dropping it on the floor while it was full of water. He collapsed. I bought a second one. It fell off a 4ft counter in an EMPTY state and broke. I was skeptical about ordering another one after this apparent quality issue. I don't think it should break with little to no impact, but I think I'll place another order. My third arrived and the handle had a tiny tear when unpacked. Please remember that instead of leaving a bad review, I have been using the same brand for over two years, so I was kind enough to contact FUNUS directly. I was not satisfied with the customer service along the way as I explained everything that happened above and even gave them all 3 order numbers and I had to wait 24 hours to reply. Remember they claim to be an American company. Today I was told that they would either send me a new bottle (I told them I had already bought a new one - a different brand) or give me 50% back. fifty%?! I PAYED IN FULL AND RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM AND YOU REFUNDED ONLY HALF OF WHAT I PAID? If this isn't a scam then I don't know what else to call it. I told them I kindly resolved this internally, but I just filed a complaint against FUNUS. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had at Revain. Also, I highly doubt this is an American brand given the replies I've received and they only use the name for monetization purposes. Disgusting! You can keep my money, BBB or FTC will take care of the rest if not Amazon.
