The power connection is defective.

The power connector broke off when I connected the SATA cable to it. It was soldered correctly and I doubt the quality control. Other than that, the card performed better than my 2nd Gen 10 Gigabit USB-C port. When transferring from an external 2x2 NVME SSD, I was able to get around 1.6 gigabytes per second. If it wasn't for the poor build quality this would be a decent card for 2x2 speeds.
