The design of the glass itself is fine. I actually cut my wrist due to missing a (broken) large portion of the glass back which I couldn't see when I opened it up and picked up my new glasses. At first I thought this error was due to poor packaging, but when I looked at all the other jars (4 in total) EVERY one had small (but significant) imperfections - a chip or some kind of broken part, mainly around the lip, where people put lips! It looks so bad that I now think they left the factory like this and didn't even get these defects in the shipping process. I'm not sure, but when it comes down to it, here's what you get: four broken margarita glasses for your guests (who are serving you) to slit their lips or wrists with. Two stars might have been too good. Again, I'm not entirely sure if this has anything to do with quality control or packaging, but the end product is the same.
