This was my second attempt at finding a running belt after the first failed. I used this belt on my last 7.4 mile run over the weekend. It took me a few minutes to buckle the belt tight enough, but once I got the hang of it, it didn't bother me at all for the entire run. The water bottles hold 10 ounces each and are pretty easy to take out and put in the pockets. The central zipped compartment held my phone and wallet. It was a bit difficult to slide the phone in and out while running, but overall it's not a problem (I have a Galaxy 9+ with a thin case). No chafing or post-run discomfort. What more could you ask for in a running belt?
