Review on 🚴 Optimized Maxxis Re-Fuse Road Bike Training Tire by Bill Wieser

I don't write many product reviews but this tire did so well I just had to say something. I ride 10-20 miles a day almost every day and have been for the past 25 years. Up until 5 months ago I was disappointed with several apartments I came across from another 'better known' brand. Having never heard of it, I took a chance and let me tell you that I enjoyed this Maxxis tire. Not only did I not have any records with it, but after 3 months there was hardly any wear and tear. It's just very impressive. I'm glad I found this "guy" and enjoy the fact that my relaxing journey isn't interrupted to stop and make repairs! 5 month update: The tire is now showing significant wear which is surprising considering how good it looked after the first 3 months. Anyway after seeing this wear I downgraded my star rating from 5 to 4. Even with the wear and tear now visible I still highly recommend this tire as I have not had a flat tire yet. Update 6 months in advance: I decided to replace my rear tire because it was showing so much wear at that point. However, I don't have an apartment yet. I've been riding every day for the last 6 months so it's about 2500-2700 miles between changes (rear tires). 7 month update: Okay, things went downhill for the first time after changing the rear tire to the new Maxxis Re-Fuse tires. on this new set in less than a month. It was a durable building material that went through it. Ok this tire is not perfect but still very happy with them. I think I would give them 3 and 1/2 stars if I could ride them for a few months now.
