Keto headaches gone!
Found this product while looking to remedy some headaches due to keto and my intense workouts. 2/3 hours a day walking, biking, weights and yoga and I would get crazy headaches. Added half a scoop plus an Amino blend and Greens beverage blend and it’s totally rebalanced my electrolytes. Lemon Lime is the better ‘flavor’ I also picked up the Blueberry and it has a terrible aftertaste but it works. Glad to have found this!
- The taste is pleasant. So far it's curing hangovers lol
- May cause dehydration if not consumed properly
