One of the best cheese graters I have ever used. Very well thought-out design. The suction cup is strong enough to firmly hold the device even on surfaces that are not ideal. That leaves one hand to turn the lever and the other one to apply pressure on the food with the provided tool to ensure the most efficient grating action. I went through a pound of cheese in a couple of minutes effortlessly on my first try. I cannot comment on other food types yet as I bought this product specifically for cheese after a lot of frustration with other hand-held devices.
