I mainly deal with small electronic components. This is the third tip I've tried and by far the best. Sharp ends are a waste of time. They just don't have enough thermal surface area to ensure continuous heat transfer. These corner tips are the way to go. You still get precision, but with the added thermal mass you can easily plot on the thinnest of components. In any case, I am very satisfied with the tips.
