Impressive result for flashlights

This has to be the best microphone I have ever seen. I have many flashlights from 100 lumens to over 8000 lumens and this little thing is still impressive. This is exactly what I wanted to attach to my keys without adding a ton of weight and it packs more than enough punch to peek around in a trunk or mailbox and I suspect I'll never need it overpowered once I use it don't want to use it while you go for a walk outside. The light is quite light-filled, but that's to be expected and it's okay as your overall operating range with this light is within a few feet. Nearly complex lenses designed to look like eyes create a slight pattern if you look closely, but not enough to detract from use. It looks like this could be based on TIR with a surface covered with microlenses, which allows the head to be very small, but controls the light more than just a mere LED. Another plus of this type of lenses is that they are extremely resistant to damage and you are unlikely to damage them in your pocket. Exceptional build quality. The aluminum finish is smooth and the paint finish is durable. The threads feel good, and even the driver board feels premium and resembles what I'm used to from high-end enthusiast flashlights. I'll admit I didn't remove the driver for a thorough check, but overall you can tell a lot about PCB quality just by looking at the finish and precision of traces and pads, and to me they all look above average out. I run mine with a Panasonic BK-4MCCA8BA Eneloop AAA which I think is the best NIMH AAA battery out there and will last for years so I can charge this flashlight and know when I need it I can use it.
