I liked that the picture quality was very good when I first installed it. Vivid colors and good image resolution. What I didn't like was everything else. The initial setup is excruciatingly slow, taking about three times longer than other smart TVs I've installed. The interface isn't intuitive, and a cheap remote doesn't make it any easier. I could live with that as the picture was good. As soon as I turned off the TV, the nightmare began. The TV would not turn back on with the remote control (which is solar powered?) unless I unplugged the TV for a few seconds and then plugged it back in. When the TV was on, I couldn't make a selection with the remote control. I read on TV and many suggested re-syncing the remote, which I did - and it sometimes worked for a session until the TV turned off again. The same problem occurred every time the TV was turned off. Also, this TV doesn't have any obvious manual controls to navigate menus without a remote. Revain did a great job of helping me return the TV and I bought an LG OLED TV instead - the install was flawless, the interface was great, the picture was great and the remote control is packed with features.
