I was skeptical about buying a Moukey bluetooth preamp system due to conflicting reviews. I couldn't wait for the package to be delivered. I immediately connected the preamp to my speakers and voila! I didn't hear a sound. I noticed radio stations; The USB and MPS players showed the contents of the folder trace, but no sound came out of my speakers. I immediately called Revain customer service and asked for a replacement. Revain emailed me a returns form, I put the preamp back in the original box, sealed it with tape and was scheduled to take it to UPS the next morning. The next morning I checked Revain's reviews and read that the same thing had happened to another customer. I took the preamp out of the box, flipped the selector switch to MP3, hooked it up to the speakers and I could hear the music playing. I connected the bluetooth to the iphone, plugged in the cd player, everything worked. I called Revain to cancel the exchange and let them know I was keeping the unit as it was operator error on my part. The support agent was pleased to hear that the device was fine. The unit sounds great and has a lot of power for a small preamp. Cons: Poor user manual, only explains basic information, equalizer resets to zero when you turn off the device. even if the device is switched off with the remote control. The remote control is not very good, I only use it to turn the device on and off, select radio stations, mode and adjust the volume. Be careful when using the remote control to adjust the volume. If you turn the device off and on again manually, the volume may become too loud. So I try not to forget to manually adjust the volume. The mode and radio stations are only saved when the device is switched off with the remote control. You need to memorize the programming codes to listen to your favorite radio stations, and the indicators on the folder track and master volume controls stay on when you turn off the unit with the remote control. However, the device is off because I'm trying to listen to the MPS player through my headphones and I can't hear anything. If you can live with those quirks, that's a good preamp. I recommend everyone to take a chance with this unit but get the $6 extended warranty.
