Behind every purchase and every review, positive or negative, there is a story. My experience was surprisingly positive, if admittedly far less so. I bought this SSD primarily for PC builds, which I've focused on for most of the year as my OS's main storage for the build to take the weight of the world off my hard drive's shoulders. The amount of memory is perfect for what I need it for, only a small amount for the operating system and its updates; no more and no less. When it arrived I tested it on a previous build at a neighbor's and it worked great for what I needed it for. However, I missed an important detail: this SSD is a SATA type SSD, just like a regular HDD. Drive; Specifically, the slot on my computer only supported NVMe SSDs. Just because it uses an M.2 protocol slot doesn't necessarily mean it will work in your build. Don't do like me and overlook this important detail. Luckily the seller provided a great returns and refunds policy through Revain so I was able to have it delivered to my local UPS shop and send it back for free. . I appreciate and am proud of the seller for such a good policy and thank him and Revain for their courtesy. Before you buy, read the fine print and stay wise.
